Do we require a deposit?

Yes. We require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee to hold your date. If you need to cancel, retainer will be applied to a future event or a bouncy house or picnic rental.

How often do you clean your Equipment?

Every piece of the Soft Play Equipment is washed and sanitized thoroughly before and after each party. We clean and sanitize the equipment with an organic disinfectant product. Right before the party we do an extra wipe down.

How long does it take to set up and break down?

It takes around one hour to set up and one hour to take down

Are there delivery fees?

We charge a delivery fee based on mileage RT

Do you have a damage/Cleaning fee?

Yes. We add on an additional $250 as a damage/cleaning fee. This is refunded within 7-10 business days.
